• Weekly Thursday HYROX Class (Berkeley Heights)
A coached, high-energy weekly session focused on engine-building, durability, and race simulations. Perfect if you thrive in a class setting and want focused endurance work built into your routine.

The best part? You can follow this program while continuing your CrossFit training 3x per week! With benchmark workouts in the first few weeks, you’ll see measurable progress as you build toward race day.
Why is this program a game-changer?
CrossFit already gives you a solid foundation for Hyrox—think running, rowing, skiing, sled pushes/pulls, burpees, lunges, farmer’s carries, and wall balls. This program adds focused training to prepare you for the longer, continuous effort of a Hyrox event (1–1.5 hours).

Both template programs include these race simulations workouts (All held at 908 Athletics - Berkeley Heights and run from 12pm - 1:30pm)

This class will follow a structured training template designed to build the engine, durability, and repeatable strength needed to peak for a HYROX race, including the upcoming NYC event (once officially announced).
This is a beta test, meaning we’re rolling it out intentionally, gathering feedback, and seeing how it lands. If the response is strong, we’ll look at expanding to Westfield and potentially adding a weekend option as well.
If HYROX is on your radar, or you’re just looking for focused endurance-based training with purpose, this class is for you.
