  • Accessory8 Sets - :15 On|:15 Off
    • Hollow Hold
    • Ring Support Hold (Top)
    • Ring Support Hold (Bottom)

@Home Workout

  • AMRAP20
    • 20 Alternating V-Ups (Scale to sit ups or :45 plank/hollow hold)
    • 10 Burpees (if you have something to jump over about 6" high do so / Scale to squat thrusts)
    • 20 Jumping Lunges (Scale to lunges or air squats)
    • 10 Burpees
