    • 25' Inchworms (8 reps in place)
    • 25' Groiner walk w/ T Spine Rotation (10 reps)
    • 25' High Knee Pulls (12 reps)
    • 25' Quad Pulls (12 reps)
    • 50' Lunges (16 reps)
    • 50' Broad Jump (8 jumps)
    • 50' Robot Bear Crawl (8 Bird Dogs)
    • 50' Lateral Plank (8 2-Breath Side Planks)
  • Conditioning - "Lines and Thigh-grr's and Bear's, OH MY!"AMRAP 20 (25' Increments - Shorten increments if needed due to space)
    • 100' Walking Lunges (Sub: 32 Forward Lunges|Step Ups|Box or Knee Height Object Squat|2:1 Lateral Step Overs)
    • 100' Broad Jumps (Sub: 16 Squat Jumps-jump high|Lateral Side Shuffle-slow and controlled)
    • 100' Bear Crawl (Sub: 1 min. Fwd>Bwd in smaller spaces|Slow Mt. Climbers|16 Bird Dogs|Deadbugs)
    • 100' Lateral Planks (Sub: 1 min. R>L in smaller spaces|16 2 Breath Side Planks|:32 Side Plank Each Side)
