    • 10 Halting Deadlifts (Pause at the knees before standing)
    • 10 Hang Power Cleans
    • 5 Burpee Box Jumps

    • 5 Hang Power Cleans (BB/DB/2:1 Single Arm DB - Sub: Swings|Deadlifts|Glute Bridges)
