Please note a schedule change for this weekend since we'll be hosting the Gymnastics Course:

Sat classes will be 6:30 & 7:30 AM -- Sun Open Gym will be from 7 - 8:30 AM

Today's Workout

  • StrengthEvery 3 min. for 7 Sets
    • 5 Push Presses (85% of 3 RM)
  • Conditioning - "Kip-Wrecked"AMRAP 8
    • 12 DB Snatches (rx - 40#|25# crx - 50#|35#)
    • 4 Bar Muscle Ups (sx - 6 CTB PU/PU/Jumping PU or 8 Ring Rows)
  • Accessory3 Sets
    • 20 Hip Bridges (Pause at the top + slow negative)
    • 20 Lateral Step Overs (Band or PVC)
