- 4 Bar Muscle Ups (sx - 6 CTB PU/PU/Jumping PU or 8 Ring Rows)
- Accessory3 Sets
- 20 Hip Bridges (Pause at the top + slow negative)
- 20 Lateral Step Overs (Band or PVC)
