Please note a schedule change for this weekend since we'll be hosting the Gymnastics Course:Classes today are at 6:30 & 7:30 AM -- Sun Open Gym will be from 7 - 8:30 AMToday's Workout

  • Conditioning - "Hurry and the Handersons"Partner WOD - 40 min. Time Cap4 Rounds For Time***Every 5 min. - 300 m (crx - 400 m) Run Together - Starting with a Run
    • 50 Box Jump Overs (sx - Scale as Needed rx - 24"|20")
    • 40 KB Swings
    • 30 Handstand Push Ups (sx - Abmat/Box/Pike)
