If you’ve been paying attention to the endurance and fitness world lately, you’ve probably noticed how big HYROX has become. The growth has been wild, and we know we have a lot of members in our community either training for a race or seriously considering one.
With that in mind, we’re excited to announce that we’re beta testing a dedicated HYROX training class at 908 Athletics Berkeley Heights starting Thursday, February 5
This class will follow a structured training template designed to build the engine, durability, and repeatable strength needed to peak for a HYROX race, including the upcoming NYC event (once officially announced).
This is a beta test, meaning we’re rolling it out intentionally, gathering feedback, and seeing how it lands. If the response is strong, we’ll look at expanding to Westfield and potentially adding a weekend option as well.
