    • 10 Cossack Squats
    • 15 DB/KB Deadlift
    • 20 Step Ups
    • 100' Farmers Carry
    • 5 Renegade Rows (Each Side)
  • Conditioning - "Behind the Handle-abra"AMRAP 14
    • 100' Farmers Carry (Any object - Any carry if you can't farmers - Sub: Farmers/Any Carry March in place|Lateral Step Overs)
    • 8 Farmers Step Ups (Sub: 2:1 Stair Climbs|Standing Toe Taps)
    • 6 Renegade Rows (Each Arm - No Push Up - Sub: Single Arm Bent Over Rows|:30 Shoulder Taps|:30 Plank)
