    • 8 Lunges (Forward|Reverse|Jumping)
    • 12 Drunken Mt. Climbers
  • Conditioning - "You've Got the :20 Honey, I've Got the Dime"For Time:20 On|:10 Off - Alternating Movements Until Reps are Completed
    • 100 Squat Thrusts (crx: Alt. Single Arm - Sub: 50 Inchworms|200 Mt. Climbers)
    • 200 Jumping Lunges (crx: 300 - Sub: Reverse Lunges|Step Ups|Squats)***Once a movement is completed, continue with just remaining movement until reps are completed
  • Accessory
    • 150' Lateral Planks w/ DB Pull Throughs (25' Increments - Sub: 50 DB Pull Throughs in Push Up Plank)
