  • Conditioning - "Sled-brity Death Match"Teams of 4-510 Rounds - 15 min. Time Cap
    • 40' Sled Push (Each - Building in weight if able/desired)
    • :20 Wall Sit (After each push)
  • Accessory
    • Collect 2-3 min. in a Ring Support Hold (1:00-1:30 Top + Bottom - Alternate as desired)
